The system is saying that it was not able to verify my identity. What next steps do I need to take in order to prove my identity?

You will need to submit a ticket through Support and provide an image of your government ID and a picture of yourself holding that ID in order to be manually verified.  Click the Help button in the bottom right corner to submit a ticket and attach your images for manual verification.
